How will things happen with your design consultation at Grand Design Kitchens & Bedrooms? Let’s explain;

1. You’re in need of a brand new Kitchen or Bedroom project, bespoke and uniquely-crafted for specially for YOU; book an appointment with us and we’ll get started!
2. One of our Experienced Design Consultants will pop round to your home to note the relevant information we require to create a fantastic initial design. Before leaving, we usually like to book you in for the next stage; the Presentation in our Showroom!
3. During the Presentation, we’ll have a sit in the Showroom and present your Bespoke Computer Aided Design (CAD). During the Presentation we will take note of any requested changes to your Design/Layout you may wish to make. We will also note if any trade quotes are needed for the project.
4. After the Presentation Appointment, we will email over your CAD Visuals discussed throughout.
5. Our specialist CAD Designer will then make these amendments to your design. We will then email these revisions over to you, or if you wish; we can see you back in our Showroom.
6. We will instruct our personally trusted Teams of Trade (Building Work, Plastering, Electrics, Plumbing) to get in touch with you to quote for any works required. The trade quotes tend to take place after the initial design concept, to ensure they can accurately quote for the works required.
7. Once these additional quotes have been gathered, we’ll send everything over to you; giving the Full Project Cost from Start to Finish. We’ll carry out a courtesy call to confirm you are happy with the Design and have correctly received the information you require to make an informed decision.
8. We normally do a further follow-up call to check if you need anything else, but don’t worry; we won’t bombard you with calls or do any high-pressure sales! Important things like this take time, and we can understand a lot of thought will take place. If you no longer require our services, we would appreciate letting us know. Please give us a call, email or text to let us know and so we can close your project. This would be really helpful, as we can ensure that we don’t do any unnecessary courtesy calls.
