Dan’s passion for renovation and development inspired him to start the company, which has grown from the original showroom based in Cleethorpes to manufacturing at the Adam Smith Street workshop. It is here Dan has invested in new machinery including CNC, edge bander, wood burner, spray booth and compressor.
Our showroom has an extensive selection of kitchens, appliances and accessories for you to view, try and get a real feel for your new space and it’s potential.
The first floor of the showroom is currently under development and will showcase our shaker kitchen styles and bedroom displays.
At Grand Design we have pledged to recycle all waste where appropriate.
At our Adam Smith Street manufacturing plant we have a wood burner where the off-cuts are used to heat the factory, saving on electricity.
Unlike other kitchen and bedroom suppliers, we manufacture our own designs, here in the heart of Grimsby.
We are local company, employing local people to ensure we bring you the highest quality product and service. Our carcasses are manufactured on site to an exacting standard, with robust 18mm sides and backs (no flimsy back panels here) and handcrafted mortise and tenon joints.
